How this website uses information

Provisence Go uses this public website to explain the product and receive enquiries. Please do not submit learner names, safeguarding information or other sensitive personal data through the website.

Website analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and understand how people use the site. Analytics remains disabled until you select “Allow analytics”. If you decline, the site continues to work normally.

Google may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and referring website. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choice

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change your choice by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser and revisiting the site.

Evaluation requests and enquiries

When you submit the evaluation request form, Provisence Go receives the name, work email address, organisation, role, approximate user and learner ranges, workflow interests and any additional context you choose to provide. This information is used to respond to the request, assess suitability and manage the resulting business relationship. Please do not provide learner names or sensitive information.

The form is delivered through FormSubmit, which processes the submission so it can be sent to davidskipp.mentor@gmail.com. You may instead contact David directly by email if you do not wish to use the form. Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records and any applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or object to its use for an enquiry by contacting David.
